Login problems can occur with some browsers, but can usually be resolved using the following methods shown below to clear the settings for cookies on your computer.

Below are instructions for clearing cookies on several browsers, please choose the one that is right for you.

  • Google Chrome

    On your keyboard click the: ctrl + shift + delete keys together

    A new tab will appear on your screen.

    From the options window that appears please choose:
    'Obliterate the following items from:' 'the beginning of time'

    Untick all options listed except for: 'cookies and other site and plug-in data'

    Click the 'clear browsing data' button

    Close the tab

    open a new tab and go to: http://www.trade.kalistileman.co.uk/

  • Microsoft Edge Browser (new Explorer)

    On your keyboard click the: ctrl + shift + delete keys together

    A new options panel will slide on to your screen.

    Untick all options listed except for: 'cookies and saved website data'

    Click the 'clear' button

    Close the panel

    open a new tab and go to: http://www.trade.kalistileman.co.uk/

  • Firefox Browser

    On your keyboard click the: ctrl + shift + delete keys together

    A new options window will appear on to your screen.

    On the 'Time range to clear' drop down optin choose 'Everything'

    Click on the 'Details' button to open the window options fully

    Untick all options listed except for: 'Cookies'

    Click the 'clear now' button

    open a new tab and go to: http://www.trade.kalistileman.co.uk/

  • Safari 8 or 9

    Open Safari

    Click Safari > Clear History and Website Data

    Select all history or all time

    Click Clear History

    Note: This may take a few minutes to process. Please wait for the files to delete before you continue.

  • Internet Explorer 9 or Later

    Open Internet Explorer and click Tools > Internet Options. (If you do not see "Tools," press the Alt key to show the menu bar.)

    In the Internet Options window, click the Delete... button in the Browsing history section.

    In the Delete Browsing History window, check "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies."

    Click Delete.
